The 4 real reasons your real estate or any other business biz isn’t working:

1. YOU and YOUR WHY are NOT in Order.

It doesn’t matter if you have 0 clients or you have 5 clients, you’re going to feel stuck in your biz if you’re not aligned with your WHY. 

How come?

Because when you’re not aligned with your why then you can’t make decisions from that place. And you need to make decisions from that place if you want a super clear pathway to success.

As you run your real estate business, make sure you are taking on clients *strategically* in a way that supports YOU and your WHY. 

Because business growth happens when you know who you are and why you’re doing what you’re doing and then you take action from that place. 

1. YOU NEED TO GET CLEAR ON YOUR NICHE, YOUR SPECIALTY AND POSITION YOURSELF as AN EXPERT.

Trying to be everything to everyone will get you being nobody to no one. 

What I see WAY too often in the  real estate industry, is agents who are trying to please everyone,taking orders from their clients and being scared to tell the truth with the gear of not getting the listing. 

At the end of the day, their clients don’t get the results they want, and You as the PRO knew it but because you didn’t have the guts to tell them the TRUTH, you ended up with $ 0 in your bank account, an unsatisfied client and emotional mind drama.

Meaning, if your real estate biz isn’t working then the first place you gotta look on how you need to show up in order to create a win win for both, your client and you.

My recommendation is TO GET CLEAR on is at your OFFER aka VALUE PROPOSITION, what do you stand for, who you serve, what area of town you do business at, and what do you want to be known to be an expert at?

The bottom line is this: You can be booked out in your biz when you become a bad-a** EXPERT with ONE OFFER, and who is not afraid to tell the truth to their client regardless of the outcome. This is how you create a WIN WIN!!!

3. YOU ARE COPYING WHAT OTHER AGENTS ARE DOING ONLINE, INSTEAD OF CREATING YOUR OWN CONTENT.

If you’re feeling stuck in growing your business or having a hard time engaging with potential clients online… 

Is it because you’re copying everyone else’s marketing instead of creating your own?

Here’s why copying other real estate agents is a BIG NO: 

  • You’re not giving yourself the ability to create your own unique + authentic brand.

You see, when you copy other agents, you don’t have the opportunity to share who YOU really are. 

I really encourage you to show up Live or on video as many times as possible. Share your story and expertise. Get vulnerable and personal at times, and your tribe will find you.

Because when you’re copying someone else’s model, then you aren’t giving your potential clients ANY reason to pick you over a different agent.

You’re not creating your own brand and you’re not positioning yourself as the expert.

And it’s much harder to get leads aka clients that way. 

Because when you’re not showing up as your own self and when you’re not sharing your value, then your potential clients don’t have the chance to know if you ARE or AREN’T the agent for them. THIS is what marketing online is all about!

4. YOU GOTTA GET CLARITY ON HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WANT TO MAKE AND WHAT EXACTLY IT’S GOING TO TAKE TO GET YOU THERE.

If there’s a revenue goal you’re trying to hit and it’s just not happening, then it’s time to question how confident you are in knowing HOW to meet your goals.

Because it’s not enough to have a goal or pick a number you want to hit in your biz… you ALSO need to know *how* you’re going to meet that goal.

There’s a super simple exercise:

(1) Figure out how much $$$ you want to make.

(2) Figure out how many hours per week and how many weeks in the year you want to work.

(3) Figure out your average commission check.

(3) Figure out how many homes you need to close to make those two numbers work ( $$$ and work hours.)

(4) Adjust your goal or your price range accordingly.

So, this is how you grow your biz and it’s how you get where you want to go in my opinion!
